Gemma has supported me throughout the programme, she has been my rock. She understands my needs and how I work. She explains everything so I can work through the modules and is very approachable when I need help.
Working through the programme I have learnt so much more about a business and customers. This has enabled me to put it in to practice so the customer receives outstanding welcome and experience.
