Safety support role to Operations and associates at a large Amazon warehouse. I deal with compliance, operational safety rules and procedures.
Since I already finished a level 3 management apprenticeship, with this apprenticeship I've further expanded my management knowledge
I like that I can keep my job and study while at work and only travelling a few times a year to the University for the sessions.
I'm very pleased with how the programme is structured.
Since I work as a support function, I receive quite a lot of support from my employer/manager
I have received a lot of support, more than what I was expected.
At my current role I don't feel a huge impact, but it will help me a lot when I will move into a manager role, since I've worked as a team lead and I know how it is to lead a team.
There are quite a few charity events
Yes
It is a challenging, but very good place to work with a lot of benefits
If you like to work hard, progress within the company and gain experience, Amazon is the place for you.
