  • Being a shift manager is having the responsibility of running the shift by setting goals and targets to ensure everyone knows what they are doing to achieve customer satisfaction. Also ensure the safety of the individuals in the workplace.

  • Yes by doing this it has allowed me to develop my knowledge and skills of working within a team and a company by knowing more on the trading side of the company and then knowing more on how to communicate with all in the work place ensure they are able to meet the expectations respectfully.

  • It has been enjoyable to learn certain things but there has been some that it quite repetitive and I feel like I’m repeating myself on some as there is a lot of intertwining with topics

  • Have always known what I am doing, with topics and timings

  • I get the days to complete my leaning and meetings but to be able to do it in my own time don’t get a lot with my work schedule being all over the place

  • They are always there when you need them and with the days we Get to complete they are always checking in

  • It’s a great stepping stone to get a range of skills and experience. There’s so many job roles within to get the experience.

  • Make sure you can handle rush and don’t be shy.
