    • I am a apprentice vehicle technician. I am required to service and repair customers vehicles as well as carry out new and used car preparation for the sales team

    • Yes I have gained many inter personal skills as well as skills using hand tools and diagnostic procedures

    • I have enjoyed my programme. I have developed as a young man greatly and have been really lucky to have this opportunity

    • My programme has been very structured and the training material I have been provided has helped me greatly as well as my skills coach Pash Patel who has guided me in doing this and am very grateful for.

    • My employer has been very supportive during my apprenticeship and have given me everything I have asked for.

    • Skillnet training have been great and made the whole process very easy. I am currently sitting my EPA this week and am doing well so far !

    • The qualification has helped me develop my customer interaction skill, my organisation, my diagnostic ability's and my overall vehicle knowledge
