  • Within my position, I have many duties such as running the shift, where I manage 30-50 staff per day. Reporting sales to hierarchy. Delegating tasks to staff members. Fixing problems that occur such as maintenance of the building, technological issues, and any administration issues that we may have. I stive to achieve an excellent and consistent service for the customers, and I deal with any problems which they may have.
