I am the Head of Service Management. This role is managing people, services, products and tools. It requires a lot of Stakeholder engagement and support of various cross functional teams. My primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
I have developed Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Emotional Intelligence and Communication. I have also had the opportunity to focus on Personal Development and Conflict resolution.
It's very informative. I enjoy how it relates so well to my role. It's a great tool to enhance my ability as a manager and effective leader
I have had some challenges with this but not through the fault of the provider. I have moved roles and organisations due to redundancy. It's only from month 7/8 that my current provider took me on. Since then, excellent format and structure.
Excellent, a lot of avenues of support. Not just manager but other supportng roles.
A massive amount. My work coach is incredible and always on hand to provide guidance and support as needed.
I think it's extremely transferrable. I use the knowledge skills and behaviours every day in some capacity. I reference it in existing work being completed.
I chair the Armed Forces Employee Resource Group and its great to be involved and have support in something I am extremely proud and passionate about.
