  • Facilitating continuous improvement projects to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste. Analyzing current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Conducting process mapping exercises to visualize current workflows and identify inefficiencies.

  • I had a self taught skills, and the apprenticeship is helping to cover knowledge and behavior gaps

  • being a non it professional, it can be challenging to match IT based peer's pace

  • being delivered fully remotely its challenging, i feel i need to relay on office hours a lot, however these often happen to be scheduled during times when other modules workshops take place

  • fully satisfied here, receiving a lot of support from many colleagues

  • the first few months i struggled to fully understand all the platforms, and how to record OTJ hours, now few months in it seems to have imporved
