  • 9b. Why?
  • The development and support I have recieved has been unmatched, they truly support you as best as possible to create a leader for the future. • I would advise anyone who is thinking of joining to do so, I had no technical background which I felt was a disadvantage but it is actually an advantage, it allows you to take a fresh approach to any learning you undertake. The freedom to learn and explore diffrent business areas until you resonate with a job role allows freedom to build a career I don't believe you get anywhere else.
