I've learnt many new skills that has helped me in my day to day work.
I have enjoyed learining new skills and interacting with my coach Jo and Nathan.
Very well organised with plenty of useful communicaitons from Accipio. Informing us of upcoming events and providing support where needed. The Accipio Hub is fantastic with a lot of useful information and a great structure, making it easy to find things I would like to study.
My manager takes a great interest in what i am doing and is available to me to bounce ideas off or if i don't understand something.
There have been monthly training sessions on different aspects relating to the course. I meet with my tutor at least twice a month and more recently more. Jo has been fantastic and is very knowledgeable.
Self awareness and managing workload have been a huge help to me. Also giving me confidence to speak to upper management as well as understanding many aspects of leadership.
There are several, yoga, charity events as well as local sparts teams to get involved in.
Yes
Cummins for me has been a fantastic place to work. I've been here since 2006 and found that nearly all employees are friendly, very capiable and should you need assistance, they are willing to assist.
Be a team player, willing to learn and be adaptable. There is a Cummins culture that from what i've been told can be quite different from other companies. As i've been at Cummins for nearly 18 years, it can't be a bad place to work.
