Assisting team with various projects dependent on rotation. i.e. inspections, viewings, development appraisals, report writing.
Yes - career change into property world so have learnt key terminology and valuation techniques.
Yes, I enjoy the programme.
The teams that I have worked in is great. However, my support from other JLL teams such as HR / Early careers could have been improved, particularly when going on Maternity leave.

Great culture, great learning environment and supportive.
It's fine if you haven't done any previous property experience or degree - I came from a teaching background and had done a Geography degree and my skills have been transferable to working in the industry.
