Teams are very inviting Big company has perks There is always work to be done Could have been better structured at times
Line manager was very appreciative and guiding Apprentices do sometimes get seen as a lower standard of employee I was Involved with tasks that provided good learning
Good induction with 2 year roadmap, however organisational restructures meant the roadmap could not always be followed and was sometimes left in the dark Support from Line managers and Mentors was Great!
Always had a line manager and mentor who always wanted you to approach them for help and advice. Some were better than others
When I needed support I always got it. HR are always an email a way although it does sometimes take a while for a response There is always someone for you to consolidate with
Fairly well, but growing older always demands new costs/expenses Out of Office expenses can be claimed back (EG travel to a different location other than work place)

I've grown in my understanding of large organisation business and gained many skills from technical to management. It is a friendly environment to work in that poses lots of opportunities for progression
Do you research about retail Having a background in retail helps DONT BE AFRAID TO TALK TO PEOPLE! (Biggest help in your career) This might not be for the devoted technically orientated person
