I have really enjoyed the apprenticeship programme, it has provided me with fantastic opportunities in the early years of my career.
My programme is well structured at both university and through the apprenticeship programme, however my home department could provide more structure within the role
I receive a great deal of support from my Apprenticeship manager, mentors and some from my home department
I receive a lot of support from my training provider at university, they are very considerate of work pressures/ deadlines.
I feel that my qualification provides me with the basic skills to perform in a business role, more specific skills for Rolls-Royce are taught within plant.
