  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Lean manufacturing, i work on the line building the cars to process and make sure its lean. i also do problem solving and trouble shooting for any zone that needs me to do it. making sure the cars are up to standard and looking good with no damage for customers.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • i have learnt a lot during this apprenticeship troubleshooting finding problems, being able to sort problems out and presenting skills too. excel skills. being able to network with people and team build all around the company.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • the skills i have learnt are good and the benefits i get too. the structure is poor and needs alot of work comu ication is bad too taking ages to get answers to questions.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • at the start it was ok, anytime we needed more support at work is was rare college support was great. any questions we needed take a while to get back even if there small and communication is not the best depending on who you talk to. managers at home department are good asnd support well,,

  • line managers and placement managers give good feed back you have to sort out the structure yourself and plans if you want anything managers from work are good some apprentice managers are ok. college support was great and helped very well and was good any help i needed was good.

  • college gave very good support in all areas and anytime we needed help they would provide. all support at all points of my years

  • i think that overall all the things i passed will help later on in all jobs and work well with outside and inside the company it will go well too and be good for all aspects.

  • it a great opportunity one hundred percent the benefits are great and pay is good and sorts you well. working hours are good with well balanced life and work lifestyle the opportunity's too that work give you too.
