I am a woodshop planning apprentice so I am learning planning. I am currently in the milling team.
Yes, I am learning problem solving and analysis tools. Lean manufacturing processes. I am learning communication skills.
I am very much enjoying my placement at the moment. Sometimes not so muhc, others times a lot.
Its hit and miss. It is getting better but still room for improvement.
Asking certain people gets me loads of support. Asking anyone doesn't alwasy work.
Not a lot. I have been finished College for 6 months now with nothing put in place to take up the time and prep me for the next section of the programme.
It is really good and I have been able to take skills learnt at college and transfer them across.
Sometimes, I have been to a couple of socials and I could be more involved if I wanted to but I am happy.
Yes
It honestly is a great place to work and I Love it but theres room for improvement.
