  • Assure leather and fabric covered parts meet stringent quality standards. This is through preventative and reactive quality processes such as systematic checks or putting a containment in place for an issue. Have to liaise with various teams such as engineering and planning departments and use critical thinking alongside core engineering practices.

  • Lots of opportunity to develop within the company in terms of training courses and working with experienced and knowledgeable people.

  • University of chichester is disorganised and provides a poor level of education. Facilities are good.

  • Very little crossover as university lecturers are out of touch with the real world and have only ever lectured, and they were probably taught by lecturers who only ever lectured. A systemic lack of real world application

  • Plenty of sporting groups that meet after work and charity events to get involved with.
