I learnt how to use the systems for our day to day job. MAPP. Grey card and Blue card training. TAKTIQ.
With part of the apprenticeship we can get placements around different departments. This gives us a good over view of the whole business.
The work side of the apprenticeship is well structured, but the college side isn't
My home department is very supportive and helps whenever is needed.
The college was very supportive with making sure our assignments were handed in correctly and on time.
