Driving the PCV driver providing good customer service with quality service and respect the elderly people. Good communication skills, patience and knowledge of routes .
Every different day handling the queries , solving the problems. Get updated with routes.
The programme is very helpful for day to day task , apply the knowledge and skills learns from programme to real day to day jobs and duties.
We mostly learned through the zoom meeting with tutor. Most of the queries was solved through visual communication.
The support was great as the plan our duties and training on rotas and let us know when we have to stay for training , keep us updated.
All the TDO were very friendly and supportive with good experienced.
Absolutely , with qualification and training provider tutor , the performance is improved and better in duties too.
Yes, we have summer tour, some day out , pancake day and BBQ events at work place.
