    • Driving the PCV driver providing good customer service with quality service and respect the elderly people. Good communication skills, patience and knowledge of routes .

    • Every different day handling the queries , solving the problems. Get updated with routes.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • The programme is very helpful for day to day task , apply the knowledge and skills learns from programme to real day to day jobs and duties.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • We mostly learned through the zoom meeting with tutor. Most of the queries was solved through visual communication.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • The support was great as the plan our duties and training on rotas and let us know when we have to stay for training , keep us updated.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • All the TDO were very friendly and supportive with good experienced.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Absolutely , with qualification and training provider tutor , the performance is improved and better in duties too.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yes, we have summer tour, some day out , pancake day and BBQ events at work place.

    • The company is huge and no retundency and you could build your career through different jobs role .

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stagecoach UK?

    • Before applying for the Stagecoach do some research about company.
