My role is varied from bagging and handing out orders, taking orders and payments, making food orders and delivering customer care service
Customer skills have improved as well as working as part of a team
I enjoy my apprentice program because it’s giving me a more detailed insight to hospitality and to support from my tutor is great!
It’s quite unorganised within my store, I don’t get giving much time to complete my apprentice work at work so I mostly have to fit bits in at home however through lifetime it is very organised and really easy to get through to what I need
Not a lot
A lot
It gives me more of a direction and service to provide giving my company’s status within hospitality
I think so
Yes
It’s good and helps improve skills alongside working
Have fun with it
