I fulfil the role of a store assistant in a store and I complete many different tasks from day to day. This includes various areas of retail such as deliveries and cashier work.
I had previously worked as a store assistant and therefore had various skills, however every skill I started my apprenticeship with has been dramatically developed and I can now work better and more efficiently.
I love my job and my program, I love the challenge it brings and how much it improves me as a person and an employee. It also gives me the opportunity to work towards a much higher goal that I would very much like to achieve.
I feel valued every time I work. As everybody should do. Everybody works together toward a common goal and therefore every team member is valued for the work they do. Also I feel that I am valued as people take their time to help me improve and therefore value me enough to help me improve my performance.
My program is structured fantastically, it allows me to work and improve as well as acquiring qualifications. Also it allows me to earn money and grow my quality of life while still being able to do this.
If I ever need support I may contact them and receive help straight away, there is always support and no problem with receiving it.
My employer supports me probably more than anybody. Constantly making sure I am learning, improving and providing reviews and feedback so I know weaknesses and strengths.
The money I receive is plenty for me to lead a comfortable life and therefore it is fine. I am never oppose to more money but money does meet costs fine.
I don't really understand the question but I have plenty opportunities outside of work I think.
Yes
It is a challenging job and a very rewarding one. I have never had or heard someone have such a good job. There is constant room to improve and progress.
I would tell them to forget any job they had had before and tell them to push themselves as much as possible. Making sure to be ready to constantly try to improve performance.
