Very good working culture within GOTO (Tech). Lots and lots of opportunities for training and learning, especially within Cloud. Managers are all supportive.
Make yourself stand out. Research an interesting article about UBS. Make yourself useful by having skills that they want (can be hard skills like Python or soft skills like team working). Be open to working in area area within tech, not a specific field since they might not be hiring in that area.
