  • Completion of audit work across financial statement balances for diverse portfolio of clients. Applying knowledge of accounting standards to bespoke business situations and ensuring compliance. Maintaining strong ongoing communication with clients directly, including expectation management negotiation and collaboration to deliver results. As you progress the role also involves leading audit teams, supervising & training junior staff and delegating work according to experience and expertise.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Tough moments but work is performed in teams which fosters a high energy environment of working towards a common goal which is highly motivating. It is also very enjoyable to build a depth of professional knowledge through working with a wide range of clients and understanding what "makes them tick"

  • Some rigidity that comes from working for a large organisation but the flip side is the level of support available is very high.

  • Allocated line manager to oversee and monitor your development and growth. Wealth of resources and other training materials to enhance your learning and progression.

  • The ACA qualification is key to success in the role.

  • The are regular socials to look forward for the whole team! Other extra-curriculars include several office sports teams which play together regularly.
