I’m a shift manager so I run shifts and areas and am in charge of running the store sometimes
I am constantly developing existing skills whilst I am at work
I enjoy it as I’m learning about new things within the hospitality industry
It is very well structured and organised and I have no problems with it
I get given support when needed. This is something that I don’t need all the time
I receive a good amount of support as this helps me with my apprenticeship
