Multiple rotation around the business, went to 3 different departments learning and completing the day job tasks with the support of other employees within the teams visited.
Business environment and helpful knowledge in regards to managing tasks and workload.
Business work and roles were enjoyable and good for experience but the college work was not clear and hard to organise.
Rotations to a new department within the business happened every 8 months and gave 20% of the job time to complete any course work required.
Support received from loads of employees within the business in regards to training and welcoming me to the world of working within a professional business.
Had a quarterly catch up to plan what is required on course work and what is to be expected but rest was independent learning.
Helped me understand a business more in depth with hands on experience within a business.
Networking events
Yes
A great business to learn and progress for career development
Plan ahead and manage your workload (be it job role tasks or course work)
