My role is Customer Care. It is my responsibility to represent the Brand and to ensure customers are happy with their experience.
I've re-enforced general interpersonal skills, but also discovered new relevant legislation.
I enjoy learning new skills, but feel that the work could be more challenging.
I really enjoy being able to see what work I have coming up on my Learning Plan, and having the flexibility to work at my own pace.
There's always access to support, and with Apprenticeship Days, I get more physical support to help re-enforce my learning.

It's still early stages of the Apprenticeship, but I feel that as a whole it will be immensely beneficial.

The team I work with has tried to accommodate me as much as possible, providing me with stability and consistency, and validation when needed.
