I deal with customers on a day-to-day basis, sorting out complains and also making the products we serve to them.
I’m always learning new skills at work.
I do enjoy doing my apprenticeship however, sometimes I do feel like it’s too independent and would benefit from some more time with managers to help me
The programme seemed more structured in the start but at the moment doesn’t seem to be the same.
I do receive support but I would prefer more
When I see my coach I receive a lot of training which really helps
It helps me get a better understanding of the place I work for.
There sometimes are but not a lot
Yes
McDonald’s for me is the best place I’ve ever worked. I have made friends for life and on the whole I do find working there fun.
Remember that it isn’t just all fun, there will be days where the work does get on top of you. However, if you care about what you do, the job will be easier for you and others.
