Yes, i did Communication skills ,Time management and organization,Leadership skills: Developing leadership styles, motivating and inspiring team members, and setting goals and objectives,Project management: Planning, executing, and monitoring projects to achieve desired outcomes,managing budget and resources.
Im enjoying Relevance and alignment: How well the program aligns with my goals, interests, and career aspirations. Interaction and engagement: The level of interaction and engagement with the program, including opportunities for feedback, discussion, and collaboration. Personal growth: The extent to which the program helps me to develop new skills, gain confidence, and achieve their personal and professional goals. Support and resources: The availability of resources, support, and mentorship throughout the program. I only wish we had more time and less rushing in have work done for the course.
The program goals and objectives are clearly defined, providing a roadmap for the training and development. But is not clear for my cell leaders as they keep asking me questions all the time regarding time frame. A face to face course or the 6 hours could be taken in a class if have any questions regarding would be usefully.

My Training providers offer various forms of support to help me achieve my qualifications. They always prompt and answer questions quite quickly, they are extremely clear, and they take the time to explain everything .
This Qualifications can play a significant role in helping me perform better in their role and give me further opportunity to develop into a new role. Im Developing skills and knowledge: Qualifications can help me develop new skills and knowledge that are relevant to a better role, which can enhance my performance. It boost my confidence and credibility, which can lead me to better performance and more effective communication with colleagues . Provide me opportunities for professional development and advancement, which lead me to greater job satisfaction and improved performance.
