It really varies depending on where you are placed each year but I find I mostly do, Customer meetings, Finance tracking, Team meetings, Progress reviews, STEM school events, Ship visits.
Learned a lot more about management of people, excel skills, communication, Ship knowledge
I really enjoy my programme, it really gives me a sense of responsibility and purpose. I have the chance to do a lot of fun things. Yes the job is office based but going on ships etc helps make it a bit more active. Manage your work life balance.
Very well organised, university studies go really well with placement learning.
As much as needed. You have early careers reps that are there to assist whenever you need.

Yes, lots of STEM events to get involved in. Dependant on you rteam there are lots of socials including intake groups.

Its a great opportunity to learn whilst being paid and not have the same debt as normal university studies. It provides work experience which is essential alongside so many opportunities for networking and to expand your skills.
