Most of my daily tasks include deep cleaning duties in the GMP facility. I also have daily admin tasks along with learning theory behind different bits of equipment in the labs which i then sometimes get to shadow lab work with these bits of equipment.

I dont feel like this company is in a position to provide the best training opportunities for apprentices. They need to really rethink the structure of the apprenticeship at work and the apprentices roles. General attitude towards apprentices is not pleasant and I feel like there is a huge lack of respect and care for our feelings etc. I wold go for working for a bigger organisation such as a pharma which would provide many more opportunities and specilisation.
Really consider all your options first
