My Role consists of Testing equipment and product to ensure it meets the specifications set.
I have learnt new skills in the way of problem solving and further developed my planning skills through efficiently managing work related tasks. other skills which have been developing relate to the fault finding of product using the appropriate documents.
I am thoroughly enjoying my programme due to the experience and knowledge I am gaining from my colleges. This is allowing me to work on and expand my own knowledge. Furthermore the challenge which is provided by my programme interests me.
My Programme is well organised within areas and less so in others. Examples of which lead to confusion of tasks and where to go due to a lack in communication amongst the company. but in other areas there is a good grade of commination and clearly specified tasks to complete.
We been informed of how to receive support from my employer and who to go to to receive support for work related quires and mental health.
The HNC is well supported by the lectures providing active updates and feedback to assignments submitted. The lectures are active in sessions answering question and encouraging questions to be asked, insuring the understanding of the content discussed.
The HNC encompasses elements which relate to my role which is electrical based. but its other elements do not relate to my Job role. The elements which do relate to my role have help me in my understanding of electrical and electronic circuits aiding me on the Job.
The company offers the opportunity to interact with social events as well as open evenings. furthermore the company has activates such as football and field gun run.

BAE systems as a company has provided me with ample support in my role. The company ensures the all my problems and quires have an opportunity to be expressed. On the Job the environment and attitude of colleagues is welcoming this demonstrates BAEs good workplace attitude.
The advice I would give to others applying to BAE would be for them to express there passion for engineering, and to express there other passions to be able to express themselves better.
