Learning how to diagnose and fix vehicles, day to day basis is servicing cars, vehicle health checks, replacing tyres or puncture repairs, replacing brake pads and/or discs and shadowing my mentor
I have learnt to improve my time management when on jobs, I’ve also improved my confidence and communication with people as I used to struggle speaking to new people.
I really enjoy this programme, I enjoy working with the people I work with here at Kia and I enjoy learning new things and different ways that other people may do things
It’s good, we know when we are at training in good time, the training is spot on
More than enough, if I need any help with anything the service manager is on the ball, he constantly checks on me and sees how I am and how I’m finding it.
A lot, training is very thorough and if something isn’t understood the trainer will go over it until understood.
With the knowledge I gain from training I can apply it to work role as I know more, I know what to look out for and how to replace the part that needs replacing.

Yes
Again, very thorough, keep you engaged, try and ask as many questions, if there’s a question we don’t understand they go over it until we do
Get engaged and work hard
