We have 3 x 4 month placements in our first year and then move onto a two year placement in a different business area each whilst doing a more specialised qualification in the second 2 years
Have developed on my people skills and professionalism
I enjoy my programme but I don’t enjoy the placement I am currently in however I see this a learning curve which helps me understand what I’d like to do in the future
Yes for the most part
I am very happy with the support I receive from both programme and placement managers
I would say the support from seated could be improved as we don’t receive a lot of communication from them
I feel that my current qualification in my first year doesn’t help to much as it is quite a broad subject however the specialised qualification in the second 2 years should be more beneficial
