I look after a large allocation of clients, and completing their tax return, and general tax compliance
I have learnt many new skills and have found learning off my colleagues to be a valuable experience.
I enjoy the work aspect some of the apprenticeship admin can be tedious as well as the external Mercia training. I would enjoy it more time if I had more time to learn.
Somewhat organised but could definetly be improved.
Limited support you are mainly expected to just get on with it on top of your workload.
The training provider does not give the actual training for exams this is done through Tolley. The training provider just has catch up and makes you fill in a learning log.
I would be just as well-off learning everything on the job as I find this much more useful than external training.
I have played a couple of football matches and a cricket match. There are also plenty of other activities to get involved in.
Yes
There are good and bad parts of working for a corporate company but I find the actual office I work in full of decent down to earth people.
Be yourself and don't let the barriers such as what qualifications you have stop you applying if you think you will be suited to the role.
