I do market research to identify ways of improving our cabin products and digital functionality. Whilst also being a programme manager for new release projects, pioneering for BA.
Yes lots of networking skills, professionalism in communication, competitor knowledge etc.
I really enjoy my programme being able to rotate in different teams and choose from such a wide selection of teams.
