  • Work as a junior on audit jobs only, make requests to clients and complete audit tests on different financial areas of clients. Communicate with my senior's and managers on my progress.

  • Yes. I started with no experience in this field so I have learned a wide variety of information on accountancy, primarily pertaining to audit

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Work is relaxed but reasonably challenging. It can sometimes be difficult to fully fulfill goals of chargeable hours due to delays with clients and a lack of additional work to complete while I am waiting.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Training is frequent and decently useful. The structure is not excellent for the first few months as you have no real context for the tasks you are completing and the training structure does not fully support this.

  • Support systems are good. Managers and Senior staff are available for discussions and my line manager will deal with any problems I want to discuss with him.

  • The support systems here are in place as far as I understand and my experience with the tuition has been good. However, I have not utilized the support from my training provider much

  • It is essential, you would not be able to continue the job without learning from the exams
