customer service - helping customers manage bills and roaming and other tasks like helping them use the EE app and their phones
yes i have massively improved on genera\l confidence and social skills such as dealing with people and other companies - internal and external customer - also dealing with customer conflict.
I enjoy the apprentiship a lot as i have met its of new people and have learned a lot of new skills. Aswell as learning a lot about the workplace
very well organised and structured as we have a plan and schedule for each day and we know our shifts and when our apprentaship
my employers are very supportive with in work and outside of work issues
A lot. they are always there to support with any individual tasks that we need help with. and we have reviews often and meetings and workshops with the trainers
I feel the apprentice work helps the job alot a there's a lot we learn about certain laws and customer service information.
there are insentive in work like activities and events that get planned randomly however no grous or sports that i am aware of

be yourself in the interview, you don't have to ask so professionally when applying for a role here as being personal is one of the biggest values meaning the employers want you to be professional and personal
