Within my role i answer calls from customers and attempt to solve issues they are having with products and services they acquired from ourselves, i run through a diagnostic asking the customer questions based on their issue, trying to resolve their query.
i have developed my socialising skills and also being able to handle customers queries.

yes there is plenty such as football events and so many charity events that can spread across all different sports and different types of events
