  • I have learnt lots of new skills, such as mechanical and electrical maintenance work and there is always something going on around the factory which i can get involved in and learn more.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed working within the maintenance team, getting involved in major breakdowns. Also meeting new people in the business.

  • Recently towards the end of my apprentices the programme has been a lot better and organised at BMW , however the college wasn't good, didn't know what company we were from or what level we are doing.

  • I have received some support.

  • Don't hear anything from our training providers.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training i have received from the college has helped me with the basics. However from the other technicians i have learnt everything i know which i'm grateful for.

  • There are extra-curricular activities, however i haven't joined any.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Good company to work for lots to work, i think now that management have started to realises that us apprentices weren't getting much support have now started to target that problem.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Show that you are interested, and that you can speak and work well with other people.
