PCV driving instructor. Taking learners with provisional licences through, reverse, module 4 and on road driver training to support them in gaining their PCV qualification
I have learned to introduce more visual aids such as diagrams into the practical training and experimented with learner led training to maximise engagement.
I massively enjoy the programme. I am learning from the tutors as well as colleagues in my cohort. I take something away from every session.
So far so good. No issues with organisation or structure at this stage.
Full support. I have been released from my regular duties to be able to attend the scheduled sessions.

It's making me look at the way I deliver my training and question if I am doing something the right way or whether I need to change my approach to give the learners their best experience.
We often have coffee morning chats via Teams/Zoom scheduled through our Blink system but they're usually at a time when it is difficult for me to join.
