1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am the administrator of Parker Meadows and my role includes ensuring all the aspects of financial and administration are done properly and in the best interests of residents and business. I am in charge with payroll, residents admissions, recruitment, human resources.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I did. I learned legislation and how to apply it on my regular job, how to support better my team and deep knowledge on other aspects of the business.

I enjoyed it very much, as I had the possibility to learn and develop on my own rithm.

It was well structured and I had enough time to complete all my tasks.

Yes, I am involved in activities, supporting residents time to time with different inhouse activities or trips out.

Care UK is a great company to work for. They offer a lot of support to staff to achieve their goals, incentives. It's one of the best companies I worked for so far!
