As the deputy manager I work on shift with staff and the children that we support as well as in the office. I support the children with their day to say lives. I complete care plans, attend meetings, conduct supervisions, conduct mediations and investigations, I work with petty cash and much more
communication skills, how to delegate, budgeting, how to supervise, how to lead meetings,
I am at the beginning of my programme. I have enjoyed it so far

I have recently started my course. I have been meeting with my tutor regularly to review work and set out new tasks
i believe that the course is helping me to be better at understanding my job role and how to better support staff
we have tried to plan social activities but as there is always someone needed at work it can be difficult to arrange
