I am an apprentice at bmw learning the different placements in the assembly hall. this is great as i am only in one placement for 3 months and the others about 8 weeks. So i am constantly learning and getting new knowledge.
Yes i have learnt new skills and gained great knowledge off of the graduated technicians.
I enjoy my exam massively. There are the odd part which could be better however, most parts are good and can not fault how they are. the programme overall is good.
It is well organised and structured although the preparation has its fault but mostly is college side of the apprenticeship.
From the employer i am having more than enough support from the employers. I can not fault the employer.
The training provider could be better with the support and planning of the tutors.
I have used a fair few skills i gained from the training provider in my place of work. It is useful and good as we get similarities match between the course and job.
yes there are a fair few that i am included in.
