  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am an apprentice at bmw learning the different placements in the assembly hall. this is great as i am only in one placement for 3 months and the others about 8 weeks. So i am constantly learning and getting new knowledge.

  • Yes i have learnt new skills and gained great knowledge off of the graduated technicians.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my exam massively. There are the odd part which could be better however, most parts are good and can not fault how they are. the programme overall is good.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well organised and structured although the preparation has its fault but mostly is college side of the apprenticeship.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • From the employer i am having more than enough support from the employers. I can not fault the employer.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider could be better with the support and planning of the tutors.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have used a fair few skills i gained from the training provider in my place of work. It is useful and good as we get similarities match between the course and job.

  • yes there are a fair few that i am included in.

  • Yes

  • The company is good and the place is great with people you learn from and get to know.

  • Be yourself in the interview and be confident in what you know. To try and get the positions.
