Start off with team meetings based on which department you are based in. Are shown different aspects of each department and are then trusted to carry out tasks independantly.
I have learnt how to co-ordinate with planning departments to ensure new projects are completed smoothly and does not affect production time.
I enjoy the programme as it enables me to explore different aspects of the business.
I am given a 4 year placement plan, which can be adapted based on my own preferences.
I receive weekly support from my employer.
I receive support in terms of college deadlines as well as preparation for university.
It has helped me further understand the background work that goes into creating new warehousing systems, as well as monitor stock control.
