I manage a team of 8-10 employees to motivate and engage them to achieve in the core requirements of the job
i have learnt some great communication skills and skills on how to run the most effective meetings and huddles for my team
i am really enjoying the program, my tutor is great and is a good support going through the modules
very organised and structures, i get given a good amount of work that i am able to keep up with each session
a good amount of support, although i do not often ask for support with my learning

i feel as though a lot of the modules fit in with what i do in my daily role and this is helping me make improvements in a lot of areas
