Develop relationships between Unilever and out customers through driving improvements in service. Day to day I plan promotions, make sure we have enough stock to support demand and take part in commercial activities.
I have learnt /development lots of skills such as using excel, communication skills and how to manage risks.
I enjoy my programme as I work in a great team and have learnt a lot
Its structure alright. There is scope for improvement through further communication and consultation.
I receive enough support for my needs and feel their is always the opportunity for further support.
I receive some support from my training provider and I am happy with the support my lectures but wish there was more support from course leaders and the training provider.
I use some of my qualification in my role, but I feel most of my progression has been achieve through learning on the job.
There are regular networking and sporting events to get involved with, but there is scope for more.
