My job includes answering phones to customers and seeing what their issue is and how I can help them on that phone call. I need to make sure I find out a solution for the customer and make sure they are satisfied with the service I have provided them with.
I have learnt a lot of new skills and developed a lot of my existing skills. These include; customer service skills, technology skills, digital skills, communication skills, team work skills, critical thinking skills, collaboration skills, professionalism, time management skills, flexibility skills. These ensure I am able to complete my job role effectively and efficiently.
I enjoy many different factors of my job role and the programme I am enrolled in. I enjoy working with talented and supportive colleagues who help me and give me advice on a daily basis which makes me feel like a part of a community and helps me reach my full potential.
The programme is very well organised and structured as I am confident in who I need to report to for a range of concerns or queries I may have and I am aware of what roles and responsibilities I have on a day to day basis and what I am responsible for.
I receive a lot of support from my employer surrounding work issues and outside of work issues. If i am unsure of anything I need to do or how to do it I can go to my employer for help and advice. I also get advice around how to improve on a one to one basis.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications. This surrounds around my work I am completing and submitting on the website. I am able to email or message my training provider if I am in need in further help or advice surrounding my work.
The qualification gives me something to work towards and motivates me to learn more in regards to my job role. I also think it is helpful in understanding the customers needs and wants more and how I am able to meet or exceed them when I am interacting with them.

I think EE is a very good place to work and provides all of the necessary training to be successful in the job role. It also has room for progression within the business in a different range of areas in order to reach your full potential and grow in the business.
I would let people know to not be scared of what they might think the job is and includes as there are so many different aspects to which help you grow and develop professionally and personally. There are also lots of opportunities for you to take to grow further in the business.
