by being a customer service adviser my job role includes taking calls and helping customers on a daily basis
throughout my role i have gained experiences such as things that are needed everyday
I love my apprenticeship and i think everything is going well at this moment in time
my programme is well organised, i am able to find things quite easily and can ask for help when necessary
when i am stuck with what to do or work within my apprenticeship i can always speak to my employer when that is needed and i can receive help pretty quickly
when we start having one to ones with my skills coach i think i will be able to ask anything i am stuck on and be able to get help
i think i can work up to a higher qualification with the help of my training provider
yes there are lots we get emails sent out and we can fill them out when or if we want to get involved
Yes
because i feel you can learn a lot from ee and get involved in different things that you dont usually do
take in your training and you can get far and understand things when doing an apprenticeship or have a full time job.
