  • by being a customer service adviser my job role includes taking calls and helping customers on a daily basis

  • throughout my role i have gained experiences such as things that are needed everyday

  • I love my apprenticeship and i think everything is going well at this moment in time

  • my programme is well organised, i am able to find things quite easily and can ask for help when necessary

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • when i am stuck with what to do or work within my apprenticeship i can always speak to my employer when that is needed and i can receive help pretty quickly

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • when we start having one to ones with my skills coach i think i will be able to ask anything i am stuck on and be able to get help

  • i think i can work up to a higher qualification with the help of my training provider

  • yes there are lots we get emails sent out and we can fill them out when or if we want to get involved

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • because i feel you can learn a lot from ee and get involved in different things that you dont usually do


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EE?
  • take in your training and you can get far and understand things when doing an apprenticeship or have a full time job.
