Yes. I've improved my communication skills, teamworking skills and IT skills. I've become proficient on new systems too.
I am enjoying it very much. I find it both interesting and valuable and am learning lots of new information which I can take forward into my role.
My tutor is extremely well organised and structures the programme really well. He keeps everyone on track and you know what you are meant to be doing at all times.
Could not be any better; my employer supports me 100% and provides all of the time and resources I require to complete the apprenticeship.
Again, this could not be any better. I know that I can contact my tutor at any time and he always responds very quickly. He is an excellent tutor.

They are extremely supportive of their staff and put employee wellbeing at the forefront. There is a very caring, compassionate culture which runs throughout the trust. The training system is excellent and there are regular seminars we can attend.
Don't be put off applying for a temporary role or fixed term contract as there are lots of opportunities available once you are working within the trust.
