Liaising with the members of the team that I am in and helping with any discreet that they require assistance with. This could be drafting letters or Court forms. The work is typically very varied which is good.
It has helped me to develop my communication skills, both in person and via written correspondence. There is a need to be independent and be able to self learn, which has been a good test for me and this role has definitely enabled me to work on this skill.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the programme so far. The balance between the work and studying has been tough at times but with good planning, it is very controllable. All of my colleagues have ben very supportive which has helped me to enjoy my experience so far.
The organisation is great from a CMS standpoint and the merging talent team have been extremely supportive. The University element has been good on the whole, with a few issues but when these were issues were raised, they were dealt with swiftly.
I have received a lot of support from members of my team, the other apprentices and also the emerging talent team. Everyone in the office is extremely approachable which has helped me to feel supported in all aspects of my work and university journey.
The firm have multiple sports teams that anyone can get involve din. It's a great way of meeting new people and boosting your network.

Everyone at the firm has been so supportive and extremely approachable, which really mirrors the culture that the firm is trying to create. It's been a great place to work so far and I look forward to continuing my journey.
