My team are a point of escalation for invoice and other finance related disputes. As a senior team member I resolve customer issues and coach colleagues on investigating invoice disputes.
I have learnt new skills and reinforced existing skills during the apprenticeship.
I really enjoyed the programme. I enjoyed the self driven aspect of the learning process and the format of the apprenticeship that Cambridge Spark provide and the systems they have developed.
The programme was very well structed with regular workshops and deadlines. This helped keep me on track through the apprenticeship.
I received a lot of support throughout the apprenticeship. From regular meetings with my line manager and support from the Early Careers Programmes Manager to being allows the time to complete the apprenticeship.
I received regular time with my subject specific mentor and and my learner success coach. They also provided regular drop in sessions and live workshops.
It has increased my efficiency and ability to complete my role and has allowed me to take on new responsibilities and projects.
There are regular social events, and I believe a football team.

There are opportunities for those that want to pursue them. Pearson is a huge company and there are many possible roles. They are supportive with self improvement, such as my completing this apprenticeship.
Pearson is a huge company, when applying for roles don't think you have to stick with that role forever. There are a lot of opportunities.
