currently my role is to observe and learn how to service an maintain commercial vehicles
I have learnt a lot of theory and gained a lot of practical experiences.
i love my programme. I learn something new every day. the only downside is the commute as it is 30 min each way in heavy traffic
skillnet and hfa work closely together to give me the best training possible. it is well thought out and well structured.
i receive all the support i need. i haven't yet had an experience where my manager has denied any of my requests.
I have my own personal mentor who i can call or message any time for any help and assistance.
,y training provider shows me more of the theory side of it. i can then take this knowledge into the workshop and apply it in a practical environment.
we have a Christmas party every year. occasionally when we smash the bonus we get rewarded too.
